| For anyone who ever says 'the scene is dead'...you are wrong! The Los Angeles punk scene is not dead and hasn't been since it started in '77. Things go up and down, but if you look and are willing to drive from Hollywood to Hunington Beach, Pomona to Simi Valley - and usually no further than Al's Bar, you will find at least one good show on any night.
